Feeling Overwhelmed? Try This 1-Minute Reset

Calm morning reset scene with tea, open book, and plant — a peaceful space for T1D moms to reflect and reset | Type Won Coaching™

Hey Mama! Are you feeling pulled in a thousand directions lately?

With warmer days, busier calendars, and a thousand things on your mind it’s easy for your own needs to quietly fall to the back-burner.

That’s why this week, I want to offer you a simple yet powerful mindset reset for T1D moms—a coaching tool that takes just one minute, but can make a big difference.

Whether you’re navigating health goals, the T1D caregiving journey, or just life in general, this can help you move through your week with more intention and momentum—and gently return back to you

Your 1-Minute Reset Tool:

Whenever you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure, I encourage you to remember: STOP. START. SHIFT.

Here’s how it works. You simply take a breath and ask yourself:

  • STOP – What’s one thing I want to STOP doing that’s no longer serving me?
  • START – What’s one small action I want to START doing?
  • SHIFT – What’s one thought or habit I want to SHIFT or reframe?

When you’re checking in with yourself remember, there’s no pressure here—just honest reflection!

So maybe this week you’re wanting to …

  • STOP hitting snooze this week
  • START hydrating more consistently
  • Or you SHIFT your mindset from overly critical to being your greatest cheerleader (this one’s a biggie for me!)

Why It Works

This coaching tool isn’t about perfection—it’s about intention. It invites a moment of honest reflection so you can lead with clarity and care for your T1D family and yourself.

And when you begin to lead your week with intention, everything else tends to follow.
